Pressmaster develop and manufacture high quality crimping and cable termination tooling for professionals in electrical, electronic, optical, and other applications. We offer professional commitment and teamwork all the way from our regional sales office to product development and manufacturing. Confidentially and mutual trust are key. We work in close partnership with many of the world´s leading connector manufacturers and distributors.
Pressmaster has expanded the last years and the expansion is expected to continue with our high-quality products as success factors. In order to further support existing customers as well as fuel the expansion on the European market, Pressmaster now seeks an Area Sales Manager.
As an Area Sales Manager you will plan and implement direct marketing and sales activities in accordance with Pressmaster’s overall sales strategy, in Europe. Principal focus will be the regions of Sweden, UK, France and Italy where the largest customer installed base is, but also explore other countries.

The global team will support you by successfully driving key sales and commercial initiatives across various business and customer units in a collaborative manner. The ideal candidate for this role will lead the change in the region. The appointed person will be accountable for rolling out adoption strategies of working, process and enabling platforms (based on change impact analysis).
