Ejendals specializes in developing and manufacturing quality products that protect hands and feet. Our products are marketed under the brands TEGERA® (gloves) and JALAS® (shoes). Ejendals has its own factory in Finland and a long-term cooperation with some selected factories in Asia.
Our vision is "Zero injuries to hands and feet for the benefit of both the employee and the company and society". Ejendals has around 450 employees in over 30 countries, of which about 150 are employees in Sweden. Sales are just over SEK 2.2 billion.

Main tasks
As a Product Development Project Manager within our Gloves product line, you will play a central role in leading product development projects from concept through launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, sourcing, finance, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define and configure project scope and objectives based on organizational input and business cases.
- Develop detailed project plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Lead product development projects post-configuration phase, ensuring demands related to function, cost, and timing are met.
- Facilitate project reviews, decision-making, and follow-ups effectively across functions.
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to achieve project goals.
- Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and resolve deviations proactively.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement in cross-functional processes and organizational ways of working.
You will be a part of the Product Line Management Gloves team and report to our Team Manager.
Traveling will be necessary.
Education and Experience
As our Product Development Project Manager, we think you have relevant University degree or long experience from a similar field. But most important, you are a motivating team member and partake in supporting development as well as acting in a competence and knowledge sharing culture.
We think you have:
- Proven experience in project management and/or product development.
- Analytical skills with business acumen and financial understanding, including budget and cost control.
- Familiarity with project development processes, methods, and tools.
- Experience with MS Office 365.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of textiles, leather, and/or PPE products is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information
Location: Leksand, with some flexibility for remote work
Form of emplyment: Full-time, until further notice with 6 months probation period.
